SicilyExpress has been created by a group of young Sicilians in love with their home town food and with the gastronomic culture of their country.
Antonio, Benedetto, Giovanni and Manuela (in alphabetical order) have decided to face together a new challenge and bring famous tasty “fast food” of Palermo to Czech Republic.
So arancina “emigrates” to the wonderful city of Prague together with calzone, barchetta and the inevitable panelle and cazzilli. They bring with them the history, culture and tradition that have made them famous worldwide as symbols of the Sicilian gastronomy.
Antonio and Giovanni run and manage the business from Palermo, while Manuela with the help of Benedetto heads the first “SicilyExpress” point of sale in Prague.
The main goal of SicilyExpress is to offer a taste experience that is a trip through food into Sicilian tradition, flavours, smells, sensations and emotions.
